Corrections Policy
We correct errors publicly and promptly. If The Signal gets something wrong, the article is fixed and the change is recorded here.
How corrections work
- Factual errors are corrected in the article and logged below with the date, what changed, and why.
- Price and market data carry “as of” timestamps. When data is refreshed, the previous value and the date of the change are noted.
- Claims are held to primary sources. If a claim cannot be verified against a filing, a company statement, or another primary record, it is not published as fact.
- Reader-reported errors go to the top of the queue.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the article link and the sentence you believe is wrong. If you have it, include the primary source — a filing, an earnings-call transcript, or a company release. Every report is read by a human.
What a correction looks like
Corrections are recorded below, newest first, as: date · article · what was wrong · what it now says. Where a correction changes the substance of a claim, the article notes it in place rather than silently editing.
Correction log
This log begins September 23, 2026. Editorial fixes made before that date are not itemised here; from this date forward, every factual correction is logged.
How our articles are made. They are AI-assisted — drafted from market data and systematic research, then fact-checked, edited and approved by a human before publication. Sources are listed at the foot of every article under “Sources & fact-check”. See how our content is produced and our disclosure Corrections Policy.
